We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details). We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and community posts. Authentication is handled by Clerk.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service; process payments and manage your subscription; send transactional emails (welcome email, billing receipts); communicate Service updates; and ensure community safety. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your account data is stored securely using Supabase (database) and Clerk (authentication). Payment data is handled by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy. All providers are GDPR-compliant. Data is stored on servers in the United States.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Service functionality.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each has their own privacy policies governing their data practices.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request data deletion, contact us at team@wiredtoflow.com. You may cancel your membership and request account deletion at any time. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us personal data, we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify members of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
