1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wired to Flow ("the Service"), operated by Wired to Flow LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wired to Flow is a digital membership platform designed for entrepreneurs with ADHD. The Service includes access to a member dashboard, productivity templates, community features, direct messaging, body doubling sessions via Zoom, and AI prompt tools. Features may be updated, added, or removed at our discretion.

3. Membership and Payment

Membership is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The current founding member rate is $15/month. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing members.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your dashboard settings. Cancellation stops future charges. There are no refunds for the current billing period — you retain access until the end of your paid period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other members; post spam or unauthorized advertising; share illegal content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or impersonate any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, branding, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Wired to Flow LLC. You may use templates for your personal business use but may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our materials. Member-generated content (community posts, messages) remains your own.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wired to Flow LLC is not a medical provider and does not provide ADHD diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Content is for informational and productivity purposes only. Results vary by individual. We are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wired to Flow LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
